Vacation is Over

Daddy breast feeding, It didn't work not sure why? Vacation up north was very good , The weather couldn't have been better. We were in Washago for five days , There are two small smoke shops and can you believe one of them is an Asian store not that there is anything wrong with that but in a town of 5,000 or so and up north was weird to see.

My sister in law Deanna and boyfriend Mike came up on Friday night around 10:30p.m

It was nice to see some city folks up there. On Saturday evening we had steak and potatoes and salmon washed it all down with some red Portuguese wine. Sophia is getting fat cheeks and is a very happy baby as long she is fed and has a clean diaper , I guess I would be happy too.

Today makes 20 days smoke free, Currently looking for a gym to join close to where I work.

It's time to get healthy, Close to work so I can go at lunch as my evenings and weekends are too busy.

Ear Rings...

I can't tell you how much ear rings can change a persons looks.

how do I delete a picture? On Saturday Sophia got her ear rings put in, Carolyn and her mom took her to the mall for the piercing. Sophia did good and didn't cry that much so I was told.

The weather here is warming up very nice, Could it be the end of winter? I don't think so.

Tuesday night I'm taking the family to the cottage up north for 5/days , Carolyn sister Deanna & boyfriend Mike will be joining us up there on Friday night.

Smoking yes the smoking,Well today makes 11/days of smoke free Carlos. Of course it's still too early to say I'm off the stuff for good but I'm having a pretty good run.

I'm Back !

Nikolas above is having a grand time at a birthday party over the weekend...He's tired as the girls were chasing him all over the place. I remembered when the girls used to chase me. Good Times , Good Times.

There she is! Sophia 8 Weeks old today. She is so cute with her beeka ( Soother) Yesterday was her first invitation to a birthday party and she slept through it.

Well the quit smoking is working out fine it's my forth day smoke free..I have bud out, Now I'm into food , Cooking it ,Eating it, Also started working out it doesn't show yet but it will.

The weather here is a Little cold and snowy, I think the media over reacts on everything

On Friday they said if you don't have to go to work don't cause it's slippery and driving is bad..

Well allot of people did stay home which cleared the way for myself to get to work in record time. There was nothing wrong with the roads everything was fine. To some people when the weather is bad they say to them self's I'm staying home, I say the opposite I'm going to work

not that I enjoy it but I know somebody has too go in.

My first smoke free weekend went well, Thought about it a couple of times. But was fine!
